Industrial Water Chillers
Active refrigeration and passive radiator cooling solutions designed to keep your high-speed spindles and laser tubes operating at optimal temperatures.
An industrial chiller circulates temperature-controlled coolant to a water-cooled spindle or laser source, preventing thermal expansion and bearing damage during extended high-load operation.
- Active Refrigeration: CW-5000 and above models use compressor-based refrigeration for stable temperatures.
- Flow & Temp Alarms: Integrated sensors trigger machine stops if coolant flow drops or temperatures spike.
- Cooling Capacity: Rated in Watts or BTU/hr to match the heat dissipation requirements of specific spindles.
Why Choose TriQuench Industrial Chillers?
Active Refrigeration
Compressor-based active cooling ensures stable temperatures even in hot industrial environments.
Smart Alarms
Integrated flow and temperature alarms instantly cut power to your machinery to prevent overheating damage.
Large Capacity
Available in various capacities ranging from CW-3000 to CW-6000 for multi-head machines.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between CW-3000 and CW-5000 chillers?
The CW-3000 is a passive thermolysis chiller, meaning it acts as a radiator blowing ambient air over a coil, only capable of cooling water down to room temperature. The CW-5000 is an active refrigeration chiller with a compressor, capable of cooling water far below room temperature.
Why do water-cooled spindles need a chiller?
Water-cooled spindles lack internal cooling fans and generate significant heat at 24,000 RPM. Without an active chiller circulating temperature-controlled coolant, the internal bearings will expand and fail.
What type of water should I use in my industrial chiller?
Always use distilled or deionized water to prevent mineral buildup (scaling) inside the spindle's cooling jacket and the chiller's pump system.
